Most orders are shipped from our US warehouse (based in Wisconsin).
Each product page will show one of three different shipping information boxes (examples of each below). The box will indicate the stock level and dispatch location.
The vast majority of our products you order will come direct from our US warehouse. If a product is out of stock in our US warehouse, but in stock at abba HQ warehouse in the UK, we will ship the product direct from the UK for you. The shipping time for this will be similar and there will be no additional fees or taxes for you to pay.
When ordering, please take note of the stock level indicator to see if the item is currently in stock.
For products ordered that are out of stock, please take note of the expected dispatch time, which will be displayed next to the stock level indicator. If your order contains multiple items, some of which are out of stock, in most cases your order will be dispatched once all items have come into stock.
Shipping costs (USA)
We offer FREE shipping over $150.00 Please note, this is in the 48 contiguous United States and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. Any orders received from outside the 48 contiguous United States, we will contact you and advise of additional shipping fees.
For all orders under $150.00 we charge a standard flat rate of $20.00
Shipping Costs (Canada)
There is a flat rate of $35.00 (USD) on all orders to Canada.
Please Note: Our prices do not include (nor are we liable for) any import/duty/tax etc charges for importing into Canada from the USA. For more information on tax & duties to Canada please see our Customer Service Page HERE.
Shipping & Dispatch Time scale:
All orders will be processed and actioned for dispatch within 48 business hours (usually much quicker).
We use the most economical service available to us at the time of dispatch depending on your location, this will typically be either UPS, FedEx or for smaller products USPS.
UPS, Fedex, and USPS all advise 1-5 business days for their standard ground services.
NOTE: Shipping times shown are based on the assumption that there will be no adverse weather conditions or other external factors affecting your delivery. In extreme circumstances (such as snow, ice, flood, earthquake, freeway closure or human error) it is possible that your delivery could be delayed. For this reason we are unable to compensate for delayed shipping times.
Returns Policy:
We always aim to provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasions however, Goods may need to be returned.
If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. The packaging does not need to be unopened. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods.
If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent upon delivery, you should sign any applicable delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. To return the damaged goods, please contact Us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced or to be partially refunded.
If you change your mind about the goods and wish to return them, please inform us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Goods must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the day on which you inform us that you wish to return the Goods. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs if goods are returned for this reason. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days.
If any Goods you have purchased develop faults, please contact us first. We will do our best to either resolve the issue or provide a replacement. We will deal with this on a case by case basis.
