When using the abba Superbike Stand or Sky Lift on the Kawasaki Vulcan 650 S the frame covers need to be removed to gain access to the swing arm pivot before the Stand/Lift can be fitted. Please see pictures below.
Cover to be removed:
Firstly the inner plate is removed by unscrewing the 4 x allen key screws:
The larger swing-arm pivot cover can then be removed via the two bolts inside:
Cover removed:
Repeat the process for both sides.
The Superbike Stand or Sky Lift can then be fitted as normal (pics below of Superbike Stand):
